Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in office administration or HR support.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Process incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain asset tracking database.
• Process deposits and collect credit card payments.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration.
• Manage employee time entry.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Complete benefits enrollment and follow-ups.
