Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years progressively responsible HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and proofreading ability.
  • Customer service oriented and team player.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, resume reviews, interviews and new hire packets.
  • Create Jira notifications and update HRIS portal, staffing calendar and org chart.
  • Maintain confidential personnel and medical files and I-9 records.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and 403(b) audit.
  • Administer tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment and PD programs.
  • Train new hires on timesheet system and coordinate employee anniversaries.
  • Process monthly invoices, maintain contractor tracker, and produce reports.
  • Lead annual HR document retention and assist VP HR with expenses.
  • Back-up for Senior Manager, HRIS and Payroll Manager.
