Job summary

Rango Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Mesa, AZ. This role leads day-to-day HR activities across recruiting, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, employee relations and org development in a fast-paced mining/industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will oversee high-volume recruitment, administer payroll and benefits with Paycom, drive performance metrics and align HR strategy with business goals while supporting senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• SHRM and/or HRCI certifications strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and organizational development.
• Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration; Paycom knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: drive high-volume recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Employee Relations: promote a positive work environment and engagement initiatives.
• Policy Development + Compliance: create, update and enforce HR policies in line with laws.
• Payroll + Benefits Administration: oversee payroll and benefits programs, cost-effective designs.
• Performance Management: lead appraisal processes and coach managers on feedback.
• HRIS + Analytics: leverage Paycom and data analytics to improve efficiency.
