KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Team Services department. You will support the Director of Team Services, oversee HR operations, onboarding, records, and systems, and ensure compliant, efficient service across the organization.

You will partner with leaders on recruitment, org development, and workforce planning, while modeling servant leadership, integrity, accountability, and professionalism in a Christ-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Team Services HR department.
• Manage onboarding, employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
• Ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning with leaders.
• Provide HR guidance and support while upholding a servant leadership culture.
