People & Organization Manager (Multi Site)

Location: USA - VIRTUAL - US Nevada - On site work; travel required

Position Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites/branches or within functions. This multi‑site position supports Henderson, Utah, Los Angeles and Reno, and is responsible for the successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Compensation and Benefits. The role also includes recruitment strategy for mid to lower level Professional and Managerial positions, as well as Administrative/Clerical and Maintenance/Warehouse positions, and additional HR duties such as retention, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation and training.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to guide and support business initiatives and align them with the Human Resource strategy.
  • Act as a change agent, developing transition plans, leading communication, and engagement activities to equip managers for people matters.
  • Establish robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
  • Implement and administer employee and labor relations programs, including compensation administration, performance management, benefits, recognition, training, and workforce communications.
  • Facilitate and provide training and development, including orientation, to management and the workforce.
  • Coach and advise managers and employees to resolve problems and provide day‑to‑day support.
  • Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Effectively administer existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide Employee Relations expertise and shape local ER strategy, ensuring policies are legally compliant and employees receive resolution.
  • Promote diversity‑related initiatives within the assigned area or country.
  • Support timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
  • Utilize internal and external data to generate and analyze reports for business cases and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel as required.
Other Duties
  • Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Full personnel responsibility to lead, develop, and coach a team of up to 6 employees.
Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months ranging from mild to moderate.
Physical Demands
  • Frequency: Sitting, bending, walking, and standing; frequently lift/carry and push/pull 21‑50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
  • Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear; use computer and telephone equipment.
  • Must travel by plane and automobile.
Work Environment

Warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation locations with low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.

Compensation

Expected base pay range: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
