Job summary

Nature's Bakery, part of the Mars family, is opening a new production facility and seeking an HR Manager to design and execute people plans that grow both production and headcount.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a generalist across wage and hour, leave management, recruiting, and performance management, with potential to lead an HRBP and HR Generalist as the site expands.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of general HR experience and people leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred in HR/Business/Management.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience leading site-level people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement people plans to grow production headcount.
• Serve as HR generalist across wage/hour, leave, recruiting, and performance.
• Advise leadership; influence change and culture to drive business outcomes.
• Develop and revise HR policies such as attendance and leave.
