Job summary

Nature's Bakery invites an experienced HR Manager to join our brand-new Utah production facility. You will design and execute people plans to support growth in production volume and headcount, acting as a generalist with broad HR responsibilities.

The role reports to the HR Director and will eventually manage an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist, partnering with site leaders to drive workforce planning and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of general HR experience and people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Generalist HR skills in wage/hour, leave, recruiting, talent planning.
• Experience supporting site-level HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Manager for the new production facility.
• Develop and implement people plans to grow production and headcount.
• Support culture-building and organizational design.
• Lead HRBP and HR Generalist as team grows.
• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning.
