Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources and administration function in the UAE. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment of white-collar and blue-collar staff to onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, training and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist who can balance day-to-day HR operations with strategic initiatives that improve retention, engagement and performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with UAE/GCC exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: end-to-end recruitment for professional and workforce roles.
• HR Operations & Documentation: visa processing, contracts and employee files; onboarding in ERP/HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits; manage leave/attendance in ERP systems.
• Oversee employee relations, welfare, and guideline compliance.
• Support ISO or similar audits and maintain HR policies.
• Lead performance management and development initiatives.
• Coordinate training and safety programmes for staff and supervisors.
• Track HR KPIs and deliver analytics for continuous improvement.
