Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee a 2-shift union die casting operation with roughly 100 employees. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on floor presence to align HR practices with production goals.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, payroll oversight, FMLA, and benefits administration, while promoting a safety-conscious, compliant workplace. A manufacturing background and SHRM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in metals or manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred; will consider a Senior HR Generalist level candidate.
• Proven hands-on, floor-driven approach to HR leadership.

• Manage benefits administration including 401K, short-term and long-term disability programs
• Drive employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment
