Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR support to leaders at centers and regional offices nationwide. You will drive engagement, partner with senior management, and lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and proven change-management capabilities; the organization offers medical/dental/vision, stock purchase, bonus plan, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience with exposure to all major HR functions.
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Experience partnering with senior management required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change projects preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution preferred.
• Experience with investigations, data analytics, trainings, onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred
