Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership across distributions centers and regional offices in the United States. The role focuses on delivering excellent HR service, partnering with leaders to shape people strategies, and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires strong collaboration with executives, a track record of managing complex HR programs, and a commitment to integrity, trust, and customer focus in our people

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience is required.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience across major HR functions.
• Experience partnering with senior management is required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems/databases preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and organizational change is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and trainings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner to proactively identify and solve issues.
• Lead a team providing full life-cycle HR support.
• Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.
• Monitor employee engagement to ensure a high level of engagement.
• Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels in an impactful, collaborative manner.

The HR Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred
• Experience with investigations, preferred
