DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR counsel to business leaders nationwide. You will lead an HR team delivering full life-cycle support, partner with senior leaders, and drive people initiatives across distribution centers and regional offices.

The role emphasizes engagement, change management, and rigorous HR practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong expertise in HR metrics and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required (4 years of work experience may be substituted)
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions
• Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience partnering with senior management required
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems/databases preferred
• Experience with labor law and HR best practices preferred
• Experience leading organizational change deployments preferred
• Experience with investigations and data analytics preferred
• Experience with onboarding and trainings preferred

The HR Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.

• You’ll partner to proactively identify and solve issues

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred
• Experience with investigations, preferred
• Experience with data analytics, preferred
