DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to advise leaders nationwide and drive people-centric initiatives at distribution centers and regional offices. The role emphasizes partnering with senior management, implementing HR programs, and sustaining an engaging, compliant workplace across multiple sites.

The position requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5+ years of HR experience, SHRM/HRC certifications preferred, and a strong focus on metrics, change management, and investigations.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (4 years) required or equal work experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 5+ years HR experience across core HR functions
• Experience partnering with senior management
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR data analysis

HR Manager

The HR Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.

• You’ll partner to proactively identify and solve issues
• You’ll lead a team who acts in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
• You’ll work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
• You’ll take a hands‑on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• You’ll provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred
• Experience with investigations, preferred
