The Standard in Portland, OR is seeking an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst to administer leave and disability accommodations in line with FMLA/ADA and Workday. You’ll partner with employees, leaders, legal counsel, and vendors to guide cases from intake to resolution, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst, you will administer employee leave and disability accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. You’ll partner with employees, leaders, vendors, and legal counsel to guide leave and accommodation cases from intake through resolution, provide expert guidance on complex situations, support process improvements, and help maintain system accuracy within Workday. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience administering employee leave and disability accommodation programs.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000.00 – $96,250.00
