L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate for its HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). The program accelerates development through three 12-month rotations across HR disciplines at various U.S.

locations, including opportunities in HR business partnering, talent management, and workforce planning. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership while relocating for each rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree with focus in HR-related fields or recent graduate.
• Internship or HR-related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across different HR disciplines, businesses, and U.S. locations.
• Rotate in an HR Business Partner role aligning talent strategies with business priorities.
• Gain exposure to HR business partnership, talent management, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, HR operations, and workforce planning.
• Participate in and/or lead enterprise or segment-wide projects and initiatives.
• Receive structured development through training, mentorship, and cohort learning.
