Job summary

Lennox in Richardson, TX is offering an HRLP Intern position designed to mirror the responsibilities of the full-time HR Leadership Program. You will collaborate with seasoned HR professionals on real projects across HR disciplines and gain exposure to senior leaders.

Requires enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program; strong communication skills; familiarity with HRIS (SAP); and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role is hourly non-exempt with relocation assistance where appropriate.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $40/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
