RTX Corporation offers a summer internship in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). You will work on challenging, hands-on HR activities and relocate to RTX locations as needed, gaining broad exposure to the business and leadership development.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership growth, and a strong foundation in HR across multiple func tions, with a hybrid work model and entry into RTX's aerospace and defense ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Partners, Global People Services and Communities of Expertise.
• Stretch capabilities with frontline, hands-on assignments.
• Relocate to RTX cities/state as needed.
• Develop leadership, functional skills and business acumen.
