Responsibilities

• Supports development and routine updates of process documentation.
• Supports development of training materials aligned with L&D activities.
• Supports delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.
• Supports development and calculation of process metrics.
• Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.
• Supports networks of process owners/subject matter experts.
• Supports development of communications content to support business process and training activities.
• Supports development of mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying needs.
