Woodward invites motivated HR or business majors to join our internship program in Illinois. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting HR projects, tracking milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Paid hourly internship with a total rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for 20+ hours per week, plus sick time. No prior internship required; high GPA and proactive attitude preferred.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher in an accredited college/university with GPA 3.0+.
• No prior internship required; internship experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Planisware is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing HR-related projects.
• Track timelines, deliverables and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Help improve HR project management processes.
• Draft internal communications and coordinate meetings.
