Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Summer 2027 Human Resource Intern to gain hands-on experience in an aerospace and defense environment. This in-office internship offers mentoring, real projects, and exposure to business operations.

You will collect and analyze data to support decisions, prepare documentation, attend planning meetings, and learn HR best practices while developing professional skills and a strong network.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
• Relevant internship or work experience is a plus.
• Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
