• Assists with various human resources management functions including recruitment, selection, benefits, wellness, compensation, risk management, and records management.
• Provides research support, assemble information, compile statistics, and prepare reports.
• Maintains good employee relations through timely and accurate response to questions and concerns; Responds to sensitive issues while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
• Regular and timely attendance are required for this position.
