Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an HR Intern at our Garland, Texas site, running from May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027. The role supports the HR Manager with records, postings, orientation, inquiries and general administrative tasks within the HR team.

Primary duties include preparing reports and training materials, coordinating events, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives and site programs to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college or university during the internship.
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with maintenance of personnel and training records.
• Help with job postings and applicant tracking records.
• Coordinate new employee orientation programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries while providing admin support to HR.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and site events.
