Job summary

Tyndale House Publishers invites ambitious undergraduates to apply for an HR Intern role for the summer of 2027. You'll assist the HR team with talent management processes, onboarding, testing, and documentation while gaining exposure to recruiting and internal communications.

You'll learn about publishing industry HR operations, participate in projects across departments, and build practical skills in data integrity, events, and employee engagement, all while aligning with our Bible-centered

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing HR, communications, business, marketing or psychology.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to a dynamic workplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts: posting openings, candidate communications, scheduling interviews, testing.
• Assist onboarding: prepare welcome packages, gather paperwork, ensure HR policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems.
• Support employee development and engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Contribute to HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Education

Rising Junior or Senior with undergraduate coursework in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related fields
