Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in HR-related field.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 2–4 years HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with HRMS Workday and Kronos.
• Strong decision quality and analytical skills.
• Drives results with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Plans and manages ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate HR partners to analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in communicating HR initiatives and projects.
• Support Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Generalist activities.
• Help with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Develop tools and resources to strengthen Meijer culture and team growth.
