Job summary

Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2; gap-year or final-year internship in Management Control, Finance, or HR
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent mastery of Excel
- Affinity for data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Enthusiasm for data analysis
Responsibilities
- HR Generalist: support Talent Acquisition, Learning, Careers and Mobility with HR Managers
- Talent Acquisition: assist international recruitment initiatives and employer branding
- Learning & Development: contribute to building learning solutions and employee development
- International Mobility: participate in expatriation projects and mobility packages
- Employee relations/HR legal: assist HR legal projects and labor-law tasks
- HR Analytics: aid in developing data-driven HR insights
