Job summary

Aquatech in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern to join our office. You will support HR operations while in college, ideally as a sophomore or junior pursuing an HR degree, and you will work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will data mine and connect candidates via social media, assist with scheduling interviews, onboarding, background checks, and employee engagement activities, and gain hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• In college pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
• Finished Sophomore or Junior year of college.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, & Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data mine and directly connect and recommend candidates via social media.
• Contribute to HR-related projects and processes.
• Map competitors’ talent pool.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate interview schedules.
• Coordinate background checks and support onboarding.
• Assist in HR duties and employee engagement activities.
