Job summary

Incotec in Mojave, California seeks a motivated HR Intern to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will assist with posting openings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, processing payroll questions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains all filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining training and competency records, processing ID badges, ensures the availability of HR forms/paperwork
• Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
• Helps support the onboarding process
• Assists with delivery of payroll checks and answering any questions regarding deductions/garnishments.
• Strict adherence to safety and other company regulations.
• Maintains current understanding of new/existing laws/regulations that affect the human resources profession and relays that information to management.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.75 to $25.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
