Festo Corporation in Mason, Ohio is offering a Human Resources Intern position for Fall 2026. The role supports the HR team with core HR services, onboarding, employee data management, and internal communications in a fast‑paced environment.

The intern will participate in training, attend interviews and meetings, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements while gaining hands‑on experience in a global, family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Process improvement initiatives; attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks and coordination
• Support HR team members with employee lifecycle activities (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, record updates)
• Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems
• Provide support for employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR materials
• Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews, and events
• Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development initiatives
• Assist with HR‑related projects, research, and process improvements
• Other tasks as needed

Key Accountability

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in delivering key HR services across the organization.
