MAB Community Services is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams in Allston, MA. This part-time, in-office role offers hands-on experience transforming HR data into actionable dashboards and reports.

You will build Power BI visuals, analyze workforce metrics, and contribute to budgeting and planning efforts while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing HR, analytics, or finance-related studies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports for HR metrics.
• Analyze workforce data (overtime, staffing, longevity, turnover, vacancies, recruitment metrics, labor costs).
• Assist with budget tracking and workforce planning reports.
• Compile HR and Talent Acquisition data from multiple sources.
• Create reports and presentations for HR leadership and executives.
• Ensure data accuracy and assist with data validation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who enjoys working with data and wants hands-on experience using analytics to support strategic HR decisions.The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and an interest in workforce analytics, budgeting, and reporting.
