The HR Insights Senior Analyst, working under limited supervision, is responsible for enabling insights and decision-making support across functions and business areas. Contributes to the design and implementation of a people analytics approach that drives value to the business. The role utilizes analytics tools and techniques to design and develop reporting, dashboards, and resources that enable the HR function and business leaders. The HR Insights Senior Analyst collaborates with HR team members and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver data-driven HR solutions that align with the business objectives. This role will leverage and primarily work within Oracle Fusion HCM and the Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) suite of reporting tools
