Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. in Torrance seeks a creative HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team onsite. You will provide generalist support, assist with recruiting, and partner with leaders on employee relations to create a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support global HR initiatives and collaborate with HRBPs, Legal and Leaders.
• Build relationships with leaders and employees to foster positive culture.
• Address compensation, career frameworks, internal mobility, and employee relations questions.
• Assist with onboarding, offer letters, benefits, and new hire paperwork.
• Prepare HR reports and audit databases for accuracy.
