Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations in Endicott, NY seeks an HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations at the Endicott facility.

You will partner with the HR Director to implement policies, ensure labor law compliance, and support continuous improvement of people programs in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies.
