Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for scientific/administrative roles.
• Develop workforce strategies to support SCRI growth.
• Advise leaders on employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire integration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
