Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Administration or related field.
• Two years of professional HR experience required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR policies and university rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HR Compliance & Policy: ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
• Payroll & Time Reporting: process payroll and timesheets; address complex issues.
• Appointments Management: handle appointments data and reporting.
• Leave Management: administer FMLA/other leaves and counsel staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Management, Organizational Administration, Public Administration, Labor Relations, Business Administration or a closely related field
