Job summary

Clark Pest Control in Lodi, CA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to foster a positive workplace culture and support team growth. This full-time role reports to the Director of Human Resources at the Corporate Office in Lodi.

Responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, training, and HR analytics to guide leadership decisions. Hybrid work arrangement offered in-office 4 days, remote 1 day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field desirable.
• Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring processes from postings to onboarding.
• Address employee concerns and foster positive workplace culture.
• Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support performance management and provide coaching to managers.
