Job summary

Clark Pest Control in Lodi, CA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to foster a positive workplace culture and support team growth. This full-time role reports to the Director of Human Resources at the Corporate Office in Lodi.

Responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, training, and HR analytics to guide leadership decisions. Hybrid work arrangement offered in-office 4 days, remote 1 day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field desirable.
• Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with priorities.

Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources at the Company’s Corporate Office located in Lodi, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Performance Management: Support performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate employee development programs.
• Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals, succession planning, and workforce development.

Education and Specifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related degree desirable.
• Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
