Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in multiple HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies and performance management.
• Assist with departmental compliance with facility, legal and regulatory requirements.
