Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience.

• Experience in a multi-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Shape and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures.
• Resolve employee relations matters including investigations and coaching.
• Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS records, auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee leave administration including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communications.
