Peak Support is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to design and implement comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and reports to generate actionable insights, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary cases, including document review, notice issuance, investigation, evidence gathering, preliminary discussions, administrative hearings, findings analysis, and case recommendations.
- Execute day-to-day HR tasks and deliverables, such as handling concerns via the ticketing tool, issuing notices and HR documents, facilitating New Hire Orientation (NHO) and other trainings, maintaining trackers, organizing meetings, validating medical certificates, generating reports, filing DOLE RKS, assisting leaders and employees, sending reminders, managing the HR Virtual Office, and responding to inquiries.
- Support compliance efforts related to online trainings, document submission, and internal communications acknowledgment.
- Coordinate employee communications during natural disasters and emergencies.
- Complete all assigned online trainings in Paylocity and other platforms.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, driving successful outcomes.
- Review internal policies and communications to ensure alignment with standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of trackers and records.
- Conduct learning sessions and meetings to educate leaders and employees on policies, procedures, and updates.
- Stay current with local and national regulations and labor laws, summarizing key points relevant to employees and the organization.
- Oversee employee redeployment, movements, and reporting, ensuring accurate records.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience as an HR business partner or similar role, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Be trustworthy and reliable.
- Willing to work on critical days, holidays, overtime, or rest days as needed.
- Open to working the graveyard shift or as required by business needs.
