Qualifications

• 6+ months as a HR Coordinator or 1+ years of professional HR experience.
• Experience handling employee relations issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs.
• Implement HR policies and processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints.
• Facilitate internal transfers and promotions.
