Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software.
• Experience working with ADP.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment processes from posting to offers.
• Oversee onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Administer benefits and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Prepare HR reports for management.
• Assist payroll and HRIS with data changes and audits.
