Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) in Denver is seeking an HR Generalist to support the People team by executing essential HR operations and enhancing the employee experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, building partnerships and solving problems while ensuring day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.

You will handle general HR requests, assist with employee relations investigations, coordinate communications, and support data audits and reporting.

Qualifications

1–2 years of generalist HR or administrative experience.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Interest in automation and AI tools for scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback for People Business Partners.
Support data audits related to employee information and organizational alignment.
Own intake process for general HR requests and employee issues.
Assist with employee relations investigations by summarizing statements.
Support document and policy reviews initiated by PBPs.
Draft and distribute internal People team communications.
