Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) seeks a Trading Associate to support Traders with data analysis, game management and testing features in a fast‑growing environment. You’ll help build a best‑in‑class betting experience, collaborating across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations in Denver.

You will translate data into probabilities, contribute to pricing decisions and assist in automation efforts, while maintaining flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays as required by

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or currently pursuing one.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• A real passion for sport, and an understanding of what sports fans want to be entertained.
• Ability to interpret data and translate that data into probabilities.
• Ability to test sportsbook platforms while contributing to the development and understanding of statistical probabilities and game theory.
• Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment with fast decisions.
• Team-first mentality with cross-functional collaboration across teams at FBG and Fanatics.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Average weekly hours are 20–25 with flexibility to work additional hours; role based in Denver, USA.

Responsibilities

• Work in a designated area of the Trading department, compiling prices, managing games, and monitoring bets.
• Test new sportsbook features and trading models, providing feedback to the team.
• Assist with automation and identify areas for improvement across Trading.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations to create a scalable betting experience.
• Ensure Fanatics puts the customer at the heart of Trading strategies.
• Support other teams within the department as needed.
