Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience in HR Administrator/Coordinator/Generalist roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Knowledge of payroll, HRIS, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate employee leave of absence programs with Compensation & Benefits.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR communications; manage employee records.
• Respond to HR-related questions and provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Oversee site travel administration and monitor travel funds.
• Lead wellness initiatives by coordinating programs and events.
• Support employee engagement, internship programs, and HR projects.
