The role requires 5+ years in HR and office administration, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office. You will partner with department leaders to drive HR programs, audits, and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR and office administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR compliance, and workplace standards.
• Fluent English communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and time management using HR software.
• Maintain accurate employee records including HRIS data.
