Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces and temporary staffing programs strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employee relations matters.
• Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
• Assist with payroll processing for hourly employees.
• Administer and track employee leaves of absence.
• Create and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
