Landings Real Estate Group in Newport, RI is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support people operations across our multi-state organization. You will own day-to-day payroll and HRIS administration in ADP Workforce Now while also supporting onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement.

Full life-cycle HR experience is important here. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full life-cycle HR experience, 2+ years payroll processing, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle HR experience across payroll, HRIS, onboarding, benefits, compliance and employee relations.
• Minimum 2 years payroll processing with ADP Experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate, timely payroll cycles in ADP Workforce Now, incl. off-cycle and final pay.
• Maintain employee records, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information in ADP; act as internal ADP expert.
• Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and leave tracking.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and HR process improvements.
