You will partner with leaders to drive performance, manage the employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, and lead HR projects and training programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of related HR experience.
• Knowledge of CA and federal employment laws.
• Proficient with HR systems and payroll experience.

Aufgaben

• Promote safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, leave programs and CA employment law compliance.
• Administer payroll and ensure state/federal labor regulation compliance.
• Manage HRIS accuracy, reporting and audits.
• Oversee employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Partner with leaders to support performance management and change management.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects from planning to implementation.
• Design and deliver training to strengthen leadership and culture.
