• Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions and support employee relations matters.
• Help with benefits, open enrollment and leave administration (PFL, disability, time off).
• Own semi-monthly payroll, including timecard review and resolving discrepancies.
• Run recruiting and onboarding: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews and set up new hires in ADP and Workday.
• Maintain personnel files, compliance training, required postings and license renewal tracking.
• Assist with staff scheduling and headcount and turnover reporting.
