You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and reporting, shaping a people-centric environment across the Winona campus and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with HR concentration.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embed Lasallian Catholic values into HR policies and practices to foster belonging.
• Shape HR policies to reflect values while promoting a culture of growth and inclusion.
• Lead transformative HR projects with a focus on diversity and progress within the university.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding to welcome and engage new hires.
• Administer benefits aligning with the Lasallian ethos.
• Navigate employment laws with integrity and fairness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Resolve conflicts with empathy and justice to maintain unity.
• Craft HR reports to reveal insights for strategic decisions.
